We are always accountable and try to improve on a daily basis.

They are fairly transparent about the work they do and where their focus is.

There is something always new or challenging and it really satisfies my need to be challenged and thoughtful.

There is a lot of cross departmental team work, which provides a lot of different perspectives and allows me to continue to learn.

I trust my team and they care a lot about their output and doing what is best for the company. I trust what they do on a daily basis.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that work that I do and I like that I can actually make an impact and feel as though my contributions really count. I also like that I work with such a varied group of customers and I'm always learning something new.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improving the overall culture at IAS. It has become very political and it feels like at any minute your job can be at risk for no apparent reason or rationale. They can really start listening and understanding what people do beneath them so they can make informed decisions.
