I was a Field Engineer back in the 90's. I left to join a client of IPC's. In 2006, I was asked if I wanted to come back to work for IPC and did as an Ops Supervisor. I was promoted to Regional Ops Mgr for nearly 13 yrs and now run a small global team for remote work. I love working at IPC.

Understanding the client comes first no matter what it takes. The dedication to this mindset is very prevalent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team communicates regularly regarding the company itself, the clients and sales, and keeps us up to date on the financials and goals related to them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with clients in a very unique, high profile Fintech industry. I have been in the industry for over 30 years and feel that IPC is a leader in our market place and proud to say I work for IPC.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very diverse and accepting. I really enjoy working with a wide range of diverse cultures and personalities. We all seem to be one family and everyone assists others. The emplyees of IPC all seem to have this common trait.
