The environment and culture fosters positive collaboration, caring about the company and our clients, as well as looking out for the well being of the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understood that IPC does not pay high considering it supports the financial industry, so I knew that coming in. However with the economy not so great, things cost more and more. I love what i do, and am not looking to leave, just wish there was some way to increase the compensation slightly.
