Fantastic team that does its best to meet the needs of IPC colleagues but also to respond to the image of excellence that IPC conveys
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No clear vision. Inefficient processes. IPC advances because of the devotion of its employees and not because of its internal organization. This practice wastes its resources and encourages intelligence drain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A real consideration of the company's internal and external feedback be made by the management. There is a gap between the image we want to have and the reality on the ground. It should be noted that the workshops are appreciable and interesting but that our Core4 value are not applied
