It´s good, but I believe it could be better if the opportunities to grow were factible in all places , not only for London office or JC office. Other point is the balance work /life . I´m tired to work more than 8 hours every day in a stressful enviroment

I don´t have a local team, my team is in other countries and there is no way to have a team relationship. The communication is mainly by email o
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working with teams in other regions, make you work more hours and we should be able to finish our day at our local hour and the coworkers from other regions should respect each local working hours same as lunch time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Improve the communication at all levels and in all ways, the organization should be more horizontal , not so vertical. Give more opportunities to employees to develop a career at IPC by offering promotions at any level, not only at Executive level.
