My team members are equally committed, always happy to share knowledge, we are diversified and most of of we always help each other.

We are diversified in culture, there's absence of office politics, company cares for the health and wellbeing of employees. Leaders are accessible and open for communication.

Their passion and focus on diversity and inclusion, being transparent about the company; taking time to personally call and congratulate core 4 winners. Recognizing and supporting employees health and wellbeing.

We share the same goals hence we contribute fairly. We understand and communicate well with each other. Despite that we are diverse in many ways; we have a lot of respect for each other and we are very inclusive.

There is no politics, we have open conversations, we embrace new ideas, we don't treat work as a 'job'...it's more of a passion. We feel fully committed in our day to day and we are totally responsible in what we do.

Great team members, a leader who is a mentor, the trust which they have on me as I work is a different location, the appreciations for a good job, the constructive feedbacks for improvement and most of all being part of a team that constantly strives to improve employees' experience.
