
I've witnessed a huge change for the better in culture since joining IPC many years ago - I love my job and I'm proud to be part of IPC. I almost don't recognise the 'old' IPC as the same company it is today.

It's time to start increasing the annual salary increases in line with the cost of living or to at least soften the blow. As well as maintaining the opportunity for merit increases.
Clear regular communication. The continued development of the company feels right and robust, especially given the current climate. Also, I feel more appreciated than I use to when I first joined IPC some years ago.
Learning something new (even something small) and being able to tackle a new task as my role evolves. I also love the fact that I am really happy with my team and manager for the first time in some years. Also, being able to work from home effectively is priceless for me personally too.
We are a small team spread across the globe, and we work really effectively together, each of us with different skills set. We have a great manager (the best I've had for years) and this is the best team I've been part of for years too. I love my job right now - in part thanks to my team mates
I love the core 4 values - something I'm fully invested in. I can see the difference in IPC since I joined some years ago, and the environment is more progressive than it use to be. It was a bit stuck in the 'old school' ways 7-10 years ago, and I'm happy to say I now see a vast difference.
