I was hired PM few years ago. I rapidly shown good results to the customer and internally and was assigned bigger and bigger projects. It was very challenging, but made me professionally grow. I feel lucky to have experienced so many customers and technologies and have my work recognized.

Individual people's highlight, people are shown and given awards when working hard for the good of the whole company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Many working hours. More people should be recruited as I'm afraid the whole team will get pushed too hard and and may leave.

Very good team spirit, we are all read to help each other, whether it is to just advise or to compensate for other's holidays.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
