Bonuses are generous. Management could do a better job with yearly increases.

Due to Covid, working from home and communication has been excellent. I would like to see it that way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very friendly and ready to take on anything. People are also willing to put the company 1st before anything else. Management needs to a better job taking care of the employees.
