My team is working just as hard as I am and really put the company first. They perform all the duties while still maintaining a good attitude.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The team has downsized multiple times over the past couple years. However, the workload has increased. To keep up the team has to work extra time which is unpaid. Perhaps if extra time worked was compensated, I would be valued more.
