love my jobs coz its flexible especially now during pandemic we can work from home as i can save travel time (driving 2hrs at least daily) and save money on expensive parking lot .

we have get together events among peers during festive season

i think because we dont have annual /kpi bonus to offer to employees .and our increments is considered low
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
some team are not so responsive and slower in getting back updates/feedback especially on daily operations. i think no double standard minded and treats everyone emails as important that it would be good .
