This is the worst company someine could work for. Not only did I reach out to the DM but my Regional Manager as well with issues I have been having with my store manager and DM and they did absolutely nothing. This company does not care for the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Absolutely Everything. They have no care for their employees or how they treat them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The money doesn't make up for the fact that ALL the managers including store, district and regional dont care to properly train the employees and than turn in around to make it seem like it was the employees fault so they terminate the employee.
