I was part of L3 prior to its merger with Harris. Since the merger, almost all decision making has been taken from local management. Morale is low. We lost our profit sharing bonus and pay raises have been low compared to inflation. Employee turnover is high and we've lost a lot of talent.

Good tight-knit group that i work in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good local management. Corporate leadership is awful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management doesn't listen to their employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Revert to managing the compsny the way L3 did or sell our division.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting back the bonus we used to get and raises that keep up with inflation. More empowerment for local management.
