The culture of bullying is allowed in this company in both branches. Its perpetrators are the supervisors and managers, and the rest of staff accustomed to either join or be the victim. It's like working with highschool students. HR are very much friendly with them too. So reports fall on deaf ears.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That it is fast and the training is something I had to read only.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just the thought that I could secure my health benefits, my salary. That's it. It is not a place of fulfilling career, because every department has a bully.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overtime pay. I'd like to say health benefits. But when I had covid, my manager did not report that I had it. So I came back to work with no pay while I was recovering.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need training in leadership versus competing with subordinates. Some of them would clock in and would work only half day's worth. They need to be educated enough when it comes to work ethics, racism and bullying.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Professionalism. Not everything at work is something they should compete against one another in a way that they would put others down and cheat their way with stats. I really don't get the bullying in these people. Very immature collectively. They make work so toxic, their victim barely stayed long.
