Our executive team is smart, open to try new initiatives, and being a thoughtful/ holistic approach to building Landing

- Build fast - Growing focus on building for operational scale - We have the right conversations and are focused on root issues (most of the time)
What makes you most happy at work?
1. Getting to work on meaningful/high impact projects 2. Diversity in work 3. Working with great people 4. Learning and taking on new challenges across the business
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have a strong compensation and equity package relative to the market. I am more than satisfied on those 2 fronts. Things like an employer match and changing the vesting schedule would be opportunities to improve investment in our people/talent
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have build a C-Suite that scales (A/A-). I believe that the team has both strong strategic vision as well as implementation skills. Our VP level is not as strong (B- maybe), however, and I feel we have a lack of builders who can both manage day to day ops and build for the future.
