Transparency and clarity of thought. Also I didn't see any indications that they feel they are above everyone else

Everyone is welcoming and helpful. No one would mind deviating from their work to help others. Also everyone is open about everything and admit they don't know if they don't know. Never let me feel out of place

Learning curve. I started new in the company and in relatively new in the career as well. So there is a lot to learn that is keeping on my toes and most importantly, a team that is willing to teach, interact and share
