I left my prior company due to poor culture. When I interviewed at Lever I was told how kind and intelligent everyone was, and since working here that has proven to be very true. Even when there are complex problems to work on I am excited to tackle them because of the team surrounding me.

Being able to be MYSELF. Not being afraid to ask questions or fail since I'm in a safe environment that will help lift me back up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very diverse and everyone shows up to work each day wanting what is best for the company. I haven't had a single negative interaction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have nearly equal female leadership which is extremely important to me. We talk the talk and walk the walk. The entire executive team is very approachable which makes collaboration across the company seamless.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the end of the process there is a special interview for you to reflect on your career path thus far, point out the things you're proud of and what you still have left to accomplish. It's the final conversation to confirm the role is the right fit for what you're looking for in your career.
