The company revisits everyone's comp and equity every 6 months, and uses 3rd-party market benchmarks to make sure everyone is paid competitively, fairly, and equitably. Big emphasis on peer parity in comp, while also making sure that top performers are disproportionately rewarded.

We have excellent equity included for all full-time roles. Our benefits - wow! We are SO spoiled. From our personal spending account (hello - we can expense a PELETON!), to our work-from-home reimbursement benefits, wow. Even health care plans are so great!

The people and the product. We also have a strong culture of validation here which is sometimes a LOT to handle but it feels good to be constantly affirmed that you're doing good work/ a good job etc etc, lots of little ways people are celebrated.
