The leadership team is extremely transparent and accessible to the rest of the company.
The level of transparency is great. 2x monthly all hands, with hard data, action items, and addresses real any concerns.

Compensation is uncapped which is good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
SF is just a competitive market - I think I am paid fairly, but some other tech companies have slightly better perks (mostly in dollar amount, we have the basics covered), and pay slightly more. So it is not top dollar, but it is fair

We evaluate compensation every 6 months, but the system we use for comparison is known to be heavily flawed and inaccurate. Our compensation is OK, but it's also below what a lot of other series C companies are offering for similar positions.

I believe that Lever often "under titles" people. For instance, what we call a "support engineer" is actually a full-time software developer vs at other companies it's more of an advanced service and support role.

The company offers a comfortable environment to learn, grow and thrive professionally as well as personally. It brings together the best of both the worlds.
Parents are appreciated, encouraged and not expected to hide their children. Everyone is considerate of their needs. Also they're very good about encouraging people to take time off.
