What did you like most about the interview process? The people were also colleagues
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people we work with
What are some of the best things about your team?Very team oriented - always helpful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?SF is just a competitive market - I think I am paid fairly, but some other tech companies have slightly better perks (mostly in dollar amount, we have the basics covered), and pay slightly more. So it is not top dollar, but it is fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We evaluate compensation every 6 months, but the system we use for comparison is known to be heavily flawed and inaccurate. Our compensation is OK, but it's also below what a lot of other series C companies are offering for similar positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe that Lever often "under titles" people. For instance, what we call a "support engineer" is actually a full-time software developer vs at other companies it's more of an advanced service and support role.
