Compensation is uncapped which is good
It is very generous and offers outside of the box options too.
Review from Marketing Dept
Be well perk, full benefits, and overall package are very fair

I think Lever is very employee-centric and that reflects in the compensation that they offer.
Wellness benefit paid monthly !
The comp package is competitive for where I live, but there are other benefits (home office ergonomic benefit, health and wellness benefit, etc) that are generous compared to other companies I've worked at.
I love the "be well" benefit.
Every employee gets a monthly work from home stipend which can be spent in a variety of ways to support your home office.
unlimited PTO and $250 "be well perk" each month.
Executive management and the People Team do their best to listen to Leveroos needs and concerns, and the benefits package reflects this.
Stock option, plus flexibile spending amount each month
Review from Customer Success Dept
The compensation package is in line market expectations.
That they have a detailed and structure outline and they evaluate it twice a year.
The salary is pretty good but the bonus structure for customer facing teams makes it much nicer.
Targets are achievable and therefore able to see even more than your OTE.
excellent pay. great reimbursement programs for employee wellness
Comprehensive health insurance and month reimbursement for WFH
Review from Engineering Dept
The base salary is competitive.
Review from Engineering Dept
Work from home support, Wellness spending account, increasing equity over time, and comp is above market once you've spent some time here.
The benefits are some of the best out there.
Review from Sales Dept
SF is just a competitive market - I think I am paid fairly, but some other tech companies have slightly better perks (mostly in dollar amount, we have the basics covered), and pay slightly more. So it is not top dollar, but it is fair
Review from Sales Dept
We evaluate compensation every 6 months, but the system we use for comparison is known to be heavily flawed and inaccurate. Our compensation is OK, but it's also below what a lot of other series C companies are offering for similar positions.
Review from Engineering Dept
I believe that Lever often "under titles" people. For instance, what we call a "support engineer" is actually a full-time software developer vs at other companies it's more of an advanced service and support role.
Review from Product Dept
not sure if we have scheduled raises
