The leadership team is extremely transparent and accessible to the rest of the company.
The level of transparency is great. 2x monthly all hands, with hard data, action items, and addresses real any concerns.

Very team oriented - always helpful
Our team is tightly knit and everyone is so compassionate and empathetic about each other. There's a lot to learn and grow from each other.

Parents are appreciated, encouraged and not expected to hide their children. Everyone is considerate of their needs. Also they're very good about encouraging people to take time off.
