We're moving incredibly quickly but also value work-life balance, and teams are very supportive of each other.

Well, I'm on the recruiting team : ) So I'd say it's hard but in a good way that keeps our bar high and also feels really high touch for candidates.

I have so much respect and admiration for my team. We keep our bar high and it shows- they are incredibly professionals to work beside and on a personal note, just really enjoyable to spend time with.
