What are some of the best things about your team?
I have so much respect and admiration for my team. We keep our bar high and it shows- they are incredibly professionals to work beside and on a personal note, just really enjoyable to spend time with.

Well, I'm on the recruiting team : ) So I'd say it's hard but in a good way that keeps our bar high and also feels really high touch for candidates.

The people and the product. We also have a strong culture of validation here which is sometimes a LOT to handle but it feels good to be constantly affirmed that you're doing good work/ a good job etc etc, lots of little ways people are celebrated.
