Empathetic teammates who care about you as a human beyond the day to day tactical work stuff, lots of ways to get involved, friendly and supportive environment

High level of faith and enthusiasm for our product and that reflects in our company culture. People treat each other with respect here and are very accommodating of different personality styles, backgrounds, and perspectives and make an effort to understand you
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the product. We also have a strong culture of validation here which is sometimes a LOT to handle but it feels good to be constantly affirmed that you're doing good work/ a good job etc etc, lots of little ways people are celebrated.
