We are constantly embracing new challenges and processes, which keeps your mind stimulated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think our comp is a little low in some areas, but still fair give the stage we are at.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is a huge reason for why I stay at Lever. It’s simply an incredible, talented group of people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I look forward to coming into work every day. I also get to spend time with my family without it being crowded out by work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is amazing. I feel they are more transparent with us than any other company I've worked at. I can go to them, ask a question, and get an honest answer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never worked with a better team and I genuinely enjoy coming into work every day. I think the number of people we've had hitting 3, 4, and 5 year anniversaries should speak volumes about how amazing this company is.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process at Lever is about giving the candidate every opportunity to succeed, not about trying to make them fail. I was encouraged to find the solution in any way I could and work with my interviewer. It was refreshing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Our leadership team is always open to answer any questions we have about the company. Not only that, but it’s a realistic view and they’re not just telling you what you want to hear. It’s very unique in my experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We evaluate compensation every 6 months, but the system we use for comparison is known to be heavily flawed and inaccurate. Our compensation is OK, but it's also below what a lot of other series C companies are offering for similar positions.
