My team is a big part of why I love coming to work each day! We laugh a lot, we support each other, and I learn from my colleagues every day.

I get to make a direct impact on the company through my work. My opinions are valued and respected and I feel like I'm able to show up as my full self every day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have reviews (with the opportunity to make more money) every six months. I feel like my effort and accomplishment is fairly compensated in large part due to this 6 month cycle.
