Supportive, caring, work hard and celebrate the wins AS A TEAM! It's the best! We cheer each other on constantly - such a good feeling!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen. Our leadership team truly cares about the employees that work here and you can feel it. We are constantly informed about business decisions which goes a long way in a growing start-up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have excellent equity included for all full-time roles. Our benefits - wow! We are SO spoiled. From our personal spending account (hello - we can expense a PELETON!), to our work-from-home reimbursement benefits, wow. Even health care plans are so great!
