What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid very fairly for my role and workload. The benefits from health to work from home to wellness are great, I don't have any complaints.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The People Team is a group of people I am so glad to know! Everyone approaches work with so much thought and empathy. We work hard but maintain a sense of humor throughout. We get things done, we are organized, we are open to feedback always.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There are no tricks to the interview process. We are dedicated to creating the best candidate experience, so we really just want to know about the candidate and how they would work if employed. Lever is transparent throughout the process and is really considerate of candidates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is exactly as transparent as you would want! If they can't be transparent about something, they will tell you why. They are actually interested in getting to know the staff instead of hiding behind titles, and you feel comfortable that they make decisions with everyone in mind.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are positive without toxic positivity. There is room for everyone, we have a culture of empathy, and diversity is so important to us. We offer support in case of burnout, and your team is there for you. We really respect work life balance and want the best for everyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love logging in to work every day. Everyone puts their best foot forward, and it's nice to just chat with everyone, especially through the pandemic. Our team works so well together, and we can get so much done when we're all moving. I love the work and the support from the team so much.
