What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy about doing work that I really enjoy and care about. Especially since I know that the work I'm doing has a direct impact on the lives of the people we are helping.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive attribute about my company is that they care about both the people we treat and every single one of their employees. I have never been able to say that about any other employer I've ever had.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders of LR go above and beyond to ensure we are not only helping our clients but every single employee as well. It is a wonderful thing to work for a company where the leadership cares about all of the lives their business impacts.
