I like that the leadership team emphasizes self-care and provides a working environment where there is balance between home life and work life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is supportive providing coverage when needed and people seem to be satisfied with their jobs. Supervisors are always readily available and always supportive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the compensation package could be improved in the following areas; medical benefit insurer, compensation for on call shifts, and improved PTO with the addition of sick time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are always welcoming when someone new joins the team and everyone seems to enjoy their job. The mentor program is helpful in becoming familiar in your role, learning the programs and various platforms which are utilized.
