I love the startup culture and feel. We are still in the scary phase where our product is not totally mature, but we are selling into some really big enterprise clients that are used to dealing with VERY mature carriers. I think everyone here is committed to winning and doing whatever it takes.

Work ethic and excitement. People seem to genuinely care vs just punching a timecard.

Salary and flexible working schedule (people actually take time off here vs unlimited PTO being code for "no time off")
