First year was very up-and-down, somewhat unstable for the company. Things have been looking up the past several months though - company is finally progressing in a good direction.

More regular raises (and growth opportunities but those have been more limited)

Everyone is skilled and accomplished, and can trust everyone else to bring that to the tabel every day
What makes you most happy at work?
Having lots to do and lots of new challenges to tackle. Engaging with our great customers and coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mark has helped define a more clear vision and goal for the company, and cleared operational distractions from that goal (namely vape). The rest of the team seem driven and on board.
