My overall experience has been wonderful and for the most part, full of good times, good management, good coworkers, and good customers, and great food.

Interacting with my coworkers and getting to serve great people great food.

They're serious when they need to be but can also be fun and goofy with the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a pretty laid back environment, a lot of laughing, not much pressure. You never feel judged in Marco's Pizza.
What did you like most about the interview process?
He didn't ask a lot of questions that make me overthink. It was pretty quick, basic and to the point.
