The leadership team does well but they also do most of the work & are very busy because most of the time the GM is not there, does not answer her phone when needed and just does not seem to know what she is doing!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At first, when working with another coworker, who was the shift lead during the weekend it was running smoothly. Until Travis decided to try to get everyone to focus on making pizzas. Everyone should be dedicated to specific tasks in order to run the store smoothly. Hence, why new drivers are lost.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Owner and management need to represent care more about employees rights and stop violating them. These jobs are a necessity for making a living and nothing is handled properly as such. no communication.

It was straight to the point paperwork and all along with how they were looking for somebody that had experience.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager and Owner need to practice ethics and proper procedures. Company is highly liable to lawsuit for injury due to owner practices. Standing buckets of water on top of ceiling tile over employees below because owner will not fix ac. Minors operating equipment not allowed under law.
