Almost every attempts to work with me, and make sure I know what I'm supposed to be doing. A wealth of knowledge is available daily.

That I can survive on it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My managers and employees constantly make rude comments to me, empty promises, I get no breaks and I've worked here for almost 6 months with still no employee evaluation. My general manager has stepped down from his position after barely being able to mantain it. Mngrs have no boundaries with jokes.

Havent had 1 team meeting and ive been there for 1 yearn it makes all the issues that we face as a team harder 2 fix in high stress situations.
