There have been multiple occurrences where I have come home crying. I feel as if I have been labeled by false information and am constantly put down by several workers. I love making pizza and I am a people pleaser but the longer I go without defending myself the worst it is getting.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Practicing team work and not abandoning their responsibilities on others.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the food and ingredients the store has to offer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving breaks, being respectful to their employees and fair and equal treatment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My managers and employees constantly make rude comments to me, empty promises, I get no breaks and I've worked here for almost 6 months with still no employee evaluation. My general manager has stepped down from his position after barely being able to mantain it. Mngrs have no boundaries with jokes.
