Learned the true meaning of complacency, and plan on dealing with poor attitude management and costumers.
Co-workers are great. The morale is low. Management is rude and there is blatant favoritism.
I’m stressed out and feel like I have to walk on eggshells. I hope a positive change in Management and HR happens soon!
