What needs to change to make the company culture better?

drug test all workers, especially GMs and make sure people are not getting promoted solely because they are friends or screwing the manager

Accepting, has real concern for myself and my family and encourages me to take care of myself and my loved ones

What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviews got rescheduled several times due to the GM pushing them, but the interviews themselves were pretty okay. It did take over a month from accepting the job to actually starting though.
