I don't feel supported or like a part of a family. I feel used and abused, and the higher ups don't do anything about it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got a job when I needed it most, the person that hired me was very kind and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
Customer interaction is good, but it really depends on the customer. Some are understanding, and some act like entitled children.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are nice and supportive. They are good people and good friends. Anything above a General Manager, and sometimes a Regional Manager, don't help us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is low for how much work we have to do. I hate working for a capitalistic company that slogans themselves as a family, yet treats employees like numbers.
