Everything, it’s gotten worse from when I first started with this company. From employees being taken advantage of to not properly being recognized for your hard work. A lot of lethargic people work at this place sad

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to execute my job the way I was trained. I understood the conditions and standards we had to follow and adhere to because it is what made my job easier. Nobody else thinks like that, and would rather take shortcuts
