Fantastic location and work life balance.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Although the comp was low in comparison to health systems of similar size and stature, the benefits package was shocking (esp. in terms of health coverage) with employee contributions further eating away at already low salaries.

Vacation and sick time acquired per hour
