The most positive about the culture and enviromemt at my company is helping and making sure the patient's is satisfied with their visit in the office. Working with a different ethnicity/race co-workers is fun. We respect each others values and put our effort to give the best health care services.
Because my team is mostly entry level, we are given lots of opportunities to learn and try new things if we want to. (And sometimes forced to if we don't want to unfortunately.)
Massive DEI instruction is needed
