Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

MUSC has a VERY bad habit of only looking at what they are paying similar employees and the length of tenure. There is little/no consideration given to the cost of living or quality of work completed. They are great purveyors of the "Peter Principle'.
