Manager and GM both advised me to terminate a client because he pulled out of the digital part of his campaign. Said it wasn't worth the headache for only 2 grand. They have me email him and explain OUR position. Days later, manager meets with client and takes over account, running same ads.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The ones in charge are poisoning the well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ethics. Instead of printing you have them, actually demonstrate that you do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the gm initially, but he chooses to let his manager direct his thinking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I brought in new clients the first month, with no prior advertising experience. My manager sabatoged my employment.
