Aome of my colleagues are great and theyre stuck too.
The majority of us work together
Great people on the teams but all fully aware that they’re being overwork
They are good at what they do and what they know. They're willing to impart their knowledge on others, although some more than others.
My team is a varied group of competent individuals with differing backgrounds which uses their strengths to make up of some of others weaknesses. We work well together and we're able to back each other up with however much effort we can provide.
Coworkers have knowledge, but they move onto better things becayse of how poorly paid.
Some nice coworkers and associates
At our station we are like family. You grow to care for the people you work with even if they are only there for 2-3 years on contract. Not everyone loves everyone but for the most part.
The staff cares about the product they put out. Hiwever, that is slowly changing under the current culture.
We work together with little supervision. We understand each other's needs, and therefore able to perform efficiently.
Nice people for the most part.
They are reliable and educated.
We encourage each other to continue to do the best to serve our audience despite not being allowed to work as quickly as we once did before the Nexstar ownership change.
We get along pretty well. There are people who may not get along with a particular person but in general we get on pretty well.
Building something new. News focused.
Review from Operations Dept
My immediate co-workers are great. We work well together. Management doesn't listen and blames the sales team a lot.
They are very friendly and we help each other. Always work very happy, knowing what they do and are very professional.
They're smart, they get along well, they're hard working
They are hard workers, even if they're not the brightest
Healthy competition and the feeling of having back up
Theyre nice people and they mean well. Theyre just in way over the heads. You get what you pay for.
More recognition and management empowerment
No collaberation. Management discourages collaberation.
This company is practically a daycare for adults who can't stand criticism. The only employees they can afford are those who haven't been hired by a better company this is why they always have trouble hiring reporters and weather reporters.
Review from Operations Dept
There needs to be better communication, or for that matter, communication.
MORE EXPERIENCE!!! It's hard to communicate on a professional level with employees hired with no experience at all given responsibilities where a degree is necessary.
More constructive criticism and support from upper management
Review from Operations Dept
not having hour long meetings taking up time from producing the shows.

Some co-workers need to understand you can better yourself by working together. You can still benefit personally by making the overall product the best it can be regardless of who gets credit for the product the public sees.
