The company is open and active regarding diversity
Everyone working to a common goal.
Coworkers are intelligent, kind, and ready to learn.
The non-management staff mostly cares about each other.
Coworkers are able to stay positive despite having little support from immediate supervisor.
Culture is hostile and stressful
Other employees are very nice.
The talent and personality we continue to share with our audience. We take pride in what we've accomplished over the years and will fight to the end to continue our excellence despite the current corporate roadblocks.
Comradeship. The vast majority of us get on well.
None. All work is poorly constructed, there is no advancement, no pay raises, minimum benefits, and threats for clocking overtime.

For the most part you are treated with respect.
Not one single thing could be defined as positive. At best, it's "tolerable".
Environment is excellent: casual dress, nice lounge and very good snacks The set of attitudes, values and goals in Nexstar are the best. Their mission really motivated me every day to do my best.
It's the work ethic and the people who like working together
Everyone enjoys the industry we work in
There's literally nothing positive about our company culture at the station level, right now; it's been a pretty toxic environment for the past several months.
Actual respect. People just need to listen to other people's preferences and mental health needs.

Everything. Its at the top I think.
The micro management and fair comoensation
The ones in charge are poisoning the well.
Management transparency, management accountability and less backbiting
Pay people fairly. More personal time. Wirk from home some time.
Management insists on hard core sales tactics and pitting sales stagg against rach other. Severe micro management.
Focus on employee satisfaction, onboarding, training and eliminate silos.
It would be great if you only worked while you are at work for how little we are getting paid.
Management should address issues directly with the individual instead of talking about it with other coworkers

not being hateful, derogatory toward employees. better wages, or more bonuses and pay raises when you've been there longer.

The job we do is negative. Sometimes people stay in this industry too long and become negative too. But I don't blame them for not liking their jobs.
The people doing the work on the ground level are not provided the opportunity to voice their opinions on what they need to work more efficiently. The management needs to be more approachable from the top down.
Management should taked management course
