Working my favorite position in production: camera!
Review from Operations Dept
The ability to focus on doing a good job
Customers do not understand the company operates stations and hubs
Working with the community to tell their stories is the most enjoyable part of my job.
Being at work anymore is no longer enjoyable.
Knowing my team appreciates the work I do.
Beating the competition and serving the community with fair and balanced news.
That I can, for the most part, enjoy the company of my peers.
Mission of team to tell the news.

My coworkers make me happy when I'm at work and brighten my day
I love what I do. I love the people in the community I interact with on a daily basis.
They need to clean house.
Management needs to communicate, Corporate needs to show that they actually value their workers. Turnover is happening in droves.
Ethics. Instead of printing you have them, actually demonstrate that you do.
Management does not care about subbordinates
Pay better. Hire better managers.
Poor pay, poor understanding of what is really happening, c-suite doesn't care.
Invest in the station. Get better programming. Treat employees better.
Not great products or benefits
Culture, management, losing talent, under paid staff.
Bad work environent. Bad managers. Old tired product.
The company has no oversight and provides only the minimum pay regardless of position. Overtime is frowned upon but expected so long as they don't have to pay it. Favoritism is rampant enough that you can destroy equipment and get away with it so long as someone in management backs you up.

The management of the sales team is all of the place. way too repetitive. They live in a bubble and not reality.
Corporate culture needs to be reworked completely. They need to stop using fear tactics to obtain results. I recently had a successful meeting that ended in a sale and my manager, instead of a "good job" told me I should've stressed our digital offerings and gotten more money...
I work in a very toxic environment where negativity is prevalent and positive affirmations or feedback are very scarce. We're all overworked and underpaid, and for that, we're all frustrated and have negative attitudes.
The workload needs to decrease or be equally distributed.
It’s just not a positive place to work. Management doesn’t really take pride in the employees and it shows
