They do care about individuals and a having a good work/life balance

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Prior to the COVID pandemic, the culture was on doing outstanding things in everything you did. Since COVID (going on a year and a half), there hasn't been any culture and environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Overworked, no effort to bring on new staff. Co-workers have been mailing it in. No real direction, or long term plan. Where once the goal was on being outstanding, now the goal seems to be just turn in something.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

When everyone was in office, interaction was very positive, however since we've all gone virtual, it has sufferred I do feel this comes from the leadership team - they haven't done anything imaginative, or taken advantage of the virtual environment - the same old powerpoint slides.
