Leadership is accessible and always willing to lend an ear. They create and stand by having a people-first organization.

They are inclusive of colleagues at all levels, including junior levels, in information across initiatives and input into goal setting. They're very "people" focused, recognizing the importance of growth and learning. They set a "mission focus" tone of internal collaboration and external integrity.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are several levels for options on benefits. The company provides generous time off and other leave support in times of need.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, it's the 1) Mission focus - what we do helps the greater society 2) People focus -collaborative (vs. competitive), everyone's contribution is valued regardless of "level" 3) Forward thinking - smart planning, new technologies, R&D 4) Results oriented -plans are successful through execution

What did you like most about the interview process?
Openness about the mission, company, team and work, and potential growth opportunity. This info allowed me to assess whether this was the organization I wanted to join. I had other job opportunities with other companies, but this was the organization I would be proud to be a part of careerwise.

What makes you most happy at work?
-The mission focus on goals bigger than oneself for society and the organization -The people I get to work with. From a mission standpoint, they're smart, goal oriented, and have follow through to get things done. Also, interpersonally, they're funny, caring, honest, and enjoy the teams.
